3ds wifi stops working after 5 mins when playing game

Hello everyone, I bought this and I want to play some games on it. If I remove the microSD card which contains the audio guide the console gives this message: microSD card is not inserted. Can we make it run games and use it as a console?

so the wifi works but after like 5 mins of playing a game it just stops and the system freezes so i cant press the home button
