1Ghz is a lie, the TCC8902 runs at 800mhz (they probably add up the cpu frequency + the gpu).

For this price I'd suggest you to wait, there are some rather good capacitive 7' tablets starting to flood the market for around 70-80$

TCC8902 is completely outdated, at least get something with the 892X chip.

The cpu is an 8750 800mhz. I picked up a $50 7" android netbook with these specs and put arch linux on it, In this case I'd spend the $80 and get the better cpu and capacitive screen
