Coming back to say that this did not work at all when I first tried it, but when I made an attempt today, I was able to get on the eshop!!
If there are any other n3ds users on 9.5 like me, maybe try again and you'll have the same luck I did.

ok. made it working on SYSNAND, but on EMUnand it gives error 022-2634

maybe becouse i have unlinked emunand, it has problems with nnid?

there is a solution for this?

I have a N3DS. I have rxtools set up. I have the latest Nver installed on my emunand. I ninjhacked my way into HBL and launched Eshop through Hans. I tried downloading the update for Attack on Titan. It takes an ungodly amount of time to download, (if I power off and repeat steps above, it does pick up where it left off) and when it gets to 99%, I get an error. When I try to resume the download, it starts back at 0%! Someone please help me.

Did you check if this game really has an update ? Because there is some cia games with false update notification, like resident evil revelations.

My Nands are linked.

- first, does this method also works on Gateway 3.5.1? (I guess it does)?

-All I have to do is to download NVER v448 and eshop (tiger) v19465 with Nus3DS and install them with devmenu with Gateway in sysnand, right?

-Will this breaks the Gateway, RXTools and/or AR[spider] cheats browser hacks?

If you want to do this on your sysnand, just update the nver then use hans. Don't install the latest tiger on your sysnand.

install nver (000400DB00016302 v448) and tiger (0004001000021900 v19465)

No, CVer is not needed, but even with NVer + tiger you still have to use FMP

edit: I was able to fix it be formating my emunand, unlinking and updating it to 9.5.0_23 and then installing NVer

I can access eshop just fine on o3ds gateway but is dead on a n3ds homebrew fw 9.9.
