Homebrew Activating nintendo id

I have a banned switch, but to add friends for lan play I need have have linked a nintendo account. I recall there being a tool for this that iirc was bundles in a pack, but I can't seem to find the pact. Anyone remember what it is?

Kefir but I highly recommend simply bringing linked accounts across when you create your emummc. Kefir often causes more problems.
