Make sure u are using the latest godmode9 and are injecting a blank nnid and a new secure info a. Also u might want to try injecting a new friend code seed b using method 1, 2, 3.

I haven't uploaded any seeds since that Chaos site went down, and I'm pretty sure I'm currently using Gamemasteru03's latest seed.

I have a couple seeds I could upload, but I'm holding off on that until the current one gets banned.

uh wow nintendo's lagging behind with banning the public seed which was not banned for a month or 2 btw anyone else got the pushed USUM update maybe that could be a clear indicator of a ban wave

dunno i used a public seed i got caught in the first ever HB ban wave a year ago I'm hopefully getting a job so i may get a N3dsXL then use that seed to unban my O2ds (either that or a switch)

Ok couldn't really find anything and I don't have any more seeds. The one thing I found though was this https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-how-to-unban-your-nintendo-3ds.449251/page-30#post-7824905 it seems shady but if someone with a hardmod could try it out and if it works upload the seed on that iso site or message me that would be nice. If it dosnt work you guys will have to wait intill someone gives me a seed to upload or someone uploads a seed.

It's as they said on that thread, it should have a LFCS_B in the .firm itself

It's been proven many times. You can add it and use it.
