I tried launching the game on USB Loader GX first. It crashed my Wii and I had to unplug it and reboot after plugging it in again. I tried CFG USB Loader and it crashed while loading the game. Next I tried WiiFlow and it also did the same thing as USB Loader GX. I'm using a 128 GB USB flash drive formatted to FAT32. I have installed the game correctly.

You might need to use another cIOS for that game. Most games work with base 56, some need base 57 and only one (a fitness game) needs base 58.

Could be a compatibility issue with the usb flash drive, i would suggest formatting it wbfs with WiiBackupmanager though it's not guaranteed that'll fix your problem. Also i assume you're plugging the usb on port 0?
