Hacking An Exception Occurred - ARM11 (Core 1)

Hi mates!

One friend of mine was using his classic 2DS and updated it accidentaly. His 2DS is now showing this error screen Booting up:

"An exception occurred

I followed the instruction that @TurdPooCharger gave on another thread.
But it doesn't work. The 2DS keeps starting with this error screen.
I'm trying to upload the dump file but, when i search it on the folder of the Microsd, it doesn't show up.

Can you help me with this?

was that instruction to put luma's 10.2.1 boot.firm on the sd card?

In the instructions, @TurdPooCharger gives some files in order to put them on the root of the sd. I tried it, but it doesn't work, then i downloaded the last release of LUMA (V10.2.1) and i placed it on the root of the microsd, but same thing happened.

Add the boot.firm (Luma3DS v10.2.1) on a different SD card. Make sure it's reformatted in [ FAT32 format | 32 KB cluster size | MBR disk | Primary partition ] or else the o2DS won't be able to read it. Clear the SD card slot reader of any dust contamination with a drinking straw through suction. Don't blow air in with your mouth because spit is corrosive to the pins. Try cleaning the card's contacts with a q-tip + isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Reinsert the card at different angles to try to make a better connection.

EDIT - If you're using a micro-to-standard SD adapter, try a different one as that could be worn.
