I don' think that's a good idea as a hacked switch can get banned. ACNH has a flag to check enabled cheats online.

ACNH does not have that actually. This still goes through Nintendo's servers, and the only thing they're looking for is if you're making the online experience unfair for others. As long as you're not doing that you'll be fine. Chances of getting banned are really low, but still, if you use a Switch that has CFW then it's always a good idea to turn off the cheats anyways before going online.

So create what you need offline (in flight mode) then if it's for somebody else, restart the console without custom firmware before going online

Anyone has a Speed x4 cheat for 1.1.3? I've gotten so used to running at x4 speed, the normal running speed is too slow for me now, lol.

FYI, animal crossing sends via play report hashes of the executable contents.

Cheats like this one which write to .text will result in Nintendo receiving a bad hash the next time you go online (even if you are in airplane mode while playing), and therefore risk bans.

I was about to say the same but I hope people are aware of using any kind of codes.

My concern is people not understanding how the reporting mechanism work and thinking like this guy:

So create what you need offline (in flight mode) then if it's for somebody else, restart the console without custom firmware before going online

The play reports are created and scheduled for upload the next time you go online. Being offline at the time you use cheats does not protect you, if you go online later.

my lord @SciresM is actually here, one of the people who actually created the SAVE EDITOR, ayy @SciresM is there a way we can request features on the save editor to be added? Cos I have some ideas

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

or would you like me to PM them to you?

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

since there are features missing,to which I have ideas on what I'd love to see added not to mention some Qol stuff that could be added

Yeah, probably. I just figured it was pertinent to mention the warning in this thread at least once.
Thanks for the warning. Yeap, my Switch is already banned but it's still good to give warnings to others who might not be aware of the effect of them using particular cheat. So thank you for that. I hope others are being careful on their usage of cheat with this information. I don't think most are aware what cheats can get them banned and what wouldn't.

does anyone know how I can remove my creator ID displayed on my passport? I accidentally agreed to the terms and it generated a creator ID for me. It's kind of an eyesore now that I'm looking at it
