Homebrew Any tools for inserting gamecube save files?

I have a hacked Wii with the homebrew channel and all that, PAL version. I haven't had to play around with Wii or GC save files before, what would I need to take a savefile from gamefaqs and get it onto my GC memory card with my Wii?
