any way around PSN for Broadcasting to twitch?

my HDMI Capture card after the last update it got hasnt really wanted to play nice w/ my 9.00 PS4 (and the system's banned on PSN not to mention it wouldnt matter cause no way in hecc am i updating it.)
is there anyway around PSN to use the build in broadcasting solution like theres ways around PSN for some stuiff like youtube? im still newish to what can and cant be done w/ a 9.00 system.

I'd say either get another capture card or an HDCP stripper, because I bet that's most like what it is. Even if you have HDCP disabled in the settings on your PS4, it can still cause issues. Best to leave it on and run the HDMI through a splitter of some sort so it's not communicating directly with a capture card.
