Is there a way to play Kirby and the amazing mirror (or any GBA game) multiplayer on the 3ds?

Nope. Whether you're playing a VC inject or playing off an emulator or whatever, you'd need to emulate the GBA link cable. No methods of playing GBA games on a 3DS make use of the feature. Unless if someone does the work make it happen, then it won't be possible.

If you want to play Amazing Mirror with friends, some PC and mobile emulators allow this. MyBoy allows for local multiplayer, for example.
