I recently got a new 32GB SD card for my hacked Old 3DS. I carelessly copied my 3DS files from the 2GB card I had without proper setup and tried to update Luma on the new card, bricking my 3DS with an ARM9 error. I did a CTRTransfer through GodMode9 and got the home page running but most of my homebrew applications disappeared. Alongside that, my official themes stopped working and DS software would get a generic error. I thankfully have most of my data backed up on my computer but want to know a few things.
Firstly, is using FBI on Mii Plaza and the Theme Shop enough to get them working again?
Secondly, can I fix the generic errors that stop me from being able to use the DS programs?
Thirdly, I'm considering doing a factory reset on the 3DS to fix the issues. Is it a good idea and is there data on the 3DS only that will disappear after the format? I've had this thing since I was a kid, and I don't want to lose the Miis on it.
