Hacking Gaming Banned and can't Minecraft

so, my switch is banned, and when i try to Localy play with my friends it doesn't work. Its probably because you need the Nintendo account which connects to Nintendo.
Is there any fix for this or work arounds or am i just stuck

I don't play Minecraft on the Switch but have you tried linking a fake account? You can do that with linkalho:

does it wor with other games thats need to be linked (even if im alone)
