So if we were to provide a payload for it in a condition where there's no wifi, would it accept a payload we provide?

It downloads a new file everytime I think. So it doesn't use the ones on your sd card as far as I know. You could try downloading via the launcher and you could look if it is stored somewhere

Again, it is a dirty build. You can't expect good boot rates. I have like 70-80% most of the time, but maybe it's because i'm using another newer build

Make sure you're using the most recent build; only the most recent supports Alpha Saphhire, to my understanding.

Edit: And I'm pretty sure this hax works fine with ORAS update 1.4.

Once you've installed it, it should be able to run fine without internet access.
