What is the best emulator and settings for that emulator for super mario rpg. I've tried a couple different versions of snes9x and I seem to have trouble finding perfect emulation.

super mario rpg is one of the harder games to emulate if i remember right on any platform. on psp it will be much harder then.

If you enable Ignore palette writes and/or Simple palette writes on MISC-> hack debug menu you will have a better performance on battles

and yea i played both undertale and deltarune too although those are a piece of cake compared to any touhou game
