Gaming Best RPG?

Hi, just finished FF III and was very impressed. Now I'm on a DS RPG kick. Anybody got any other RPG recommendations?

Yeah, going to have to suggest Magical Starsign, although I have never passed a game on my DS. I'm so sad......(finished most of it though, salamander place)

FFIII is the obvious choice... Following that Magical Starsign... I'm yet to finish it but it is really good.

Lunar Knights is also impressing a lot of people.

I was holding out for Children of Mana but it looks to be pretty average (the art is wonderful, the game is woeful).

Children of Mana is very Diablo-ish. So if you couldn't handle that, I wouldn't go for it.

Im loving children of mana right now, I think im almost 20 hours into it. Its not incredible, but its pretty fun.

I didn't get too far in FF3 though. I got bored after like an hour-- I dunno, it just kind of felt like it didnt really have a story to it. Ill probably give it a second chance when I finish with Children of Mana.

So Magical Starsign is Japan only? If there's an english version, I'm definitely gonna check it out. And yes, I will get Children of Mana.

I was disappointed by Magical Starsign, so I'd go with Mario & Luigi for best DS RPG.

I was severely dissapointed with all the aforementioned titles, so I'd recommend FFV and FFIV.

I was disappointed with Children of Mana.
Hopefully Final Fantasy III will be fun when I get around to playing it.
I'll mention Dragon Quest: Rocket Slime since it was fun too, but not really a RPG.

is it just me or does Magical Starsign look like a Barbie-game?

it's probably good if you can overlook the hideous design, but I can't...

So far, I'd say FFIII and Children of Mana are the bestest, I've not tried Mario & Luigi but it looks like it could be fun (gives me Paper Mario vibes, and those are very good vibes)

and if you prefer action rpg, Lunar knights.. even though I found it pretty easy and short... actually.. go with Contact
