Using .sbfres to convert to .bfres then importing into 3DSMax with a script and ensuring the bones are the same and the bone affectent count to 4 and exporting it into dope.csv, etc back to .sbfres seems to always have that stretching issue on a very small portion of the model. Any reasons this usually happens? Even with the bone count to 3 on all pieces of what is effected by the bones.

TESTED: I tried extracting it all from a vanilla SBFRES and putting it into 3DS MAX then instantly extracting it as csv then back to BFRES then SBFRES and I get high distortion even though I did not actually touch the model I just extracted it and repackaged it. :/ What am I doing incorrectly?

This was solved many many years ago so I'll just go and answer it:
Recalculate Normals in Switch Toolbox and Tangents/Bitangents.
Maybe that was for an old version but years ago when I ran into this issue, Switch Toolbox didn't seem to import models properly even with Normals and the sort were perfected in my 3D Program prior.
