I don't think you can, doesn't work that way with any other consoles at least. There was a save editor for Wii though where I could edit the region of the saves but it didn't work for all games.. Try googling to see if similar program exists for DS.

.. On topic.. How do you guys play fps games on a handheld console .. seems impossible to me

TC, i dont know where you got that info, but USA FCs and Europe FCs can add each other, I know that because all but 1 of my friends on my black ops friend list have the US game, and I have the UK game. I play with them everyday, and all my clan mates are from the US, and I connect to them fine

Nope, the games are region locked so your friend must have all EU versions since USA Rom came out late. I know this because N-Space facebook dev even said its region locked. Also the fact that I have both EU and USA. Neither can play each other worldwide nor add FC.
