Hacking Can any of the loaders use a hard drive in NTFS?

I was just wondering this because I'm trying to play Sengoku Musou 3, and I changed my Trekstor 1 TB hard drive to NTFS just so I could place the file in it.

Configurable USB Loader can use NTFS. I personally use fat but if you have to store files larger than about 4gb than NTFS it is.
