Can I get banned for using remote play on a hacked ps4?

Using chiaki on android, I can connect to my ps4 and use the controller I have for my phone and control my ps4 which I can't do since I don't have a working ds4 but I did manage to set up goldhen with a ps move controller.

Can my main account get banned? If the console gets banned, even though every user is signed out of psn, and chiaki doesn't require a sign in, just user id, could I and the other users still get banned?

I don't think so. But for your assurance you can create another psn account, activate it offline on your ps4 and get acc id/online id from chiaki python script for remote play apps.
