Can i mod a Xbox 360 E?

I've heard some of these models are capable of jailbreaking, mine was made in 2015 - 6 - 9, is there anything i can do?

Since it was built in 2015, chances are it's a Winchester model which can't be modded.

You'll need to buy a different console.

Slim models generally have less hardware problems and are more stable with RGH 3 than the fat models, but realistically anything works.

If you get a fat, make sure it's a Falcon or a Jasper model. These generally don't have as many GPU issues as earlier models.

If you get a slim, do not get one with the built-in 4GB eMMC. These are starting to die.

If motherboard is not Winchester I think you can install RGH3.

Any E. built early 2014 is Corona, everything else after is Winchester. I believe cutoff date is May, don't quote me on that though.

I remember that vid from years back but couldn't remember how I found it.

EDT: If potentially buying from someone without this knowledge, easiest way to check for said person is the manufacturers date

Only if the motherboard is a Corona. If it's a Winchester, then your Xbox is NOT hackable.
