Gaming Can I use the DLCs from different region on USA game?

I see USA only have 1 dlc and Jap have 40 dlcs on same game so i was wondering if i change the jap title key to usa and see if it will work?

decryted dlc using maidumptool, Change Title id and content id value, copy to rePatch/title id/addcont From What i found on Redit
