Can I use the Today ans Tomorrow Channel with Riiconnect24 ?

I want to know if this is possible with riiconnect24 (i want that for doing a video). Is this possible ?

So far I know the Today and Tommorow Channel doesn't require internet access and doesn't need RiiConnect24 to work. Just find a compatible .wad, install it and the channel should work.
