Hacking can someone compile this theme for me plz?

i tried myself on 2 different computer everytime i go to select the source file in my menu 1.2 it deletes EVERYTHING in that folder including the source app and myms! i just want the spinning green skulls applied to the black pirate theme so i can use it on MY wii I am NOT redistributing it. here are files. http://www.pandorasims.net/temp/theme.RAR

just upload to rapidshare or something when done.
