Cannot play pokemon violet DLC

Hi guys. I have the base game with the latest update and it works well. However, when I try to install the DLC (uniform + disk + mask), the game just says "software closed because an error occurred". I've tried using several different DLC files (some with just uniform, some with only the disk/mask), all of them lead to the same issue. I've tried removing the DLC and update and reinstall them, also no luck.

Anyone had the same issue but managed to solve it? Thanks in advance!

Thanks, but sadly still the same issue. I've always used non-applet mode for installation, tried DBI before too when tinwoo kept failing. I tried the newest version you linked, still same thing

Are you on the newest FW? Sometimes the updates or DLC of games require the newest FW, 17.0.1 for example.

I'm on 17.0.0 which is what the latest DLC and patch requires. I guess I could try updating to the latest one since I'm out of options anyway lol. Thanks for the suggestion!

Yea doubt that would matter, but guess no harm in trying. Only thing else I can think of that would make it crash would be the auto cheats on, if you are using cheats, it can cause the game to crash when starting, Good luck tho.

yeah just tried it with 17.0.1, still no luck.
I don't have any cheat for this game, also don't have edizon.
Welp, thanks for your help anyway. Guess no DLC for me haha.
