Cant access the vita homebrew store 404 network error

I did everything but then i try to run the vita homebrew store it just gives me this error message saying

Couldnt check for update

NetworkError: The requsted URL returned error: 404 Not Found

Just wait for like 20 seconds and it starts

HERE IS THE FIX FOR THIS ERROR.

This is the same fix for both the 404 error AND the black screen that goes nowhere...
