Hacking Changing region & hacking

So I bought this Wii back 3years ago. It's JPN version. I want to change its region & install hacks. Is there a easy method to do it?

Yes,easy and clean.
I have tried it 3 Times before (PAL to JPN/PAL to US/JPN to PAL),really simple and easy.

(But with ModMii you have EVERY Hacking/Modding Solution for the Wii...)
