ROM Hack Changing the langage of a save file, possible ?

Hi !
I have a french 3ds and I would download the english save file found in this site and posted by Zoma (dragon-quest-viii-3ds-eur-new-game-with-slot-1-all-dlc-items-slot-2-max-gold-tokens) to use it for my french game Dragon Quest 8 on 3ds. But I wonder if I put this save file on my game, could I have a french game either would I be oblige to play my game completely in English?

It all depends on the game, some do the right thing and follow your console's language at all times, some others have an in-game language select, some others have a language "permanently" set in the save (yes, they can be edited: but it's a different question from "does anyone know what to change in the save, to change the language?"), and of course a few games are monolingual in the first place

How can I contact directly the member who post the file ? ^^
