Hacking Cios 249[57] V19 VS Cios 222 [38] V5 Which is Faster by USB?

Hello, i just want maximum speed trough usb loading, actually i have those cios installed... i was thinking installing Cios 222 V5 With base 57... maybe it could load faster, i have seen that the cios 224 is the fastest one but only supported by Uloader...

IMO Rev 19 base 57 is Fastest, true both have USB 2.0 Speeds so the difference is minimal but the base does make a difference as 57 has some sort of extra USB stuff in it. I also dont know whether or not the program you use it with makes a difference in speed, personally i tried wiiflow patch with Hermes V5 support and used 224 with 57 base and then wiiflow with rev19 base 57 and rev19 was slightly faster, i tested by timing the time it took to load games like SSBB

224 is supported by the cfg usb loader.

its not fair to compare cIOSs that use different base wads

a more fair comparison would be cios249v19[57] vs. cios224v5[57]

Depends on how you install them.
You can't say 224 is faster than 222, because they're the same...
The only reason you have multiple slot choices (222,223,224(,202)) is to have multiple merge options.
