PS1/2 Code Conversion Help

So, I'm trying to convert an ARMAX code to a Code Breaker code, right?
It's an encounter code for Suikoden V. You press L2 and Triangle to turn the Encounters off, and L2 and X to turn them back on.

I'm using Omniconvert version 1.0.1, and it gives me this.

So, I enter it into my Code Breaker, and my game never loads. It just gives me a black screen.

Thoughts or help is greatly appreciated.

P.S.: That random encounter is a real pain in the keister.
