Controller Stick replacement

Hi all, I have replaced the entire Stick block several times, but after the replacement when I rotate the Stick it does not form a circle but a square. in practice the diagonals go beyond the limit by drawing a square and not a circle. is there a solution to this?

I don't have any answers but I do have some questions so maybe someone else could answer. Was the controller doing this before? And does it physically feel like it's making a square? Or does it feel correct?
