Hacking Convert LBX save from US to EUR

I've been playing the US ROM for a few days now, and the EUR ROM was released today. I'd like to migrate to the EUR ROM as it's native to my console region, however I cannot get the save to work.

Using SDF, I've exported the save from 01471 (US ROM) to my SD card, renamed the files to 01472 (EUR ROM), but the EUR save I created is still there. A guide I was looking at on GBATemp says I need to find the TitleID in the Ext tab instead of the User tab, however the title isn't there.

Has any body accomplished this?

If you're going to do this you will need to rename the folder the save is in
