Gaming Crash Bandicoot 4: Hook, Line and Sinker: How to Jump Higer from a rope

As the title says, I can't jump higher enough here in order to finish the level. Using Xbox controller, as per walkthroughs, there's a way to jump further but can't find it no matter what button combination I press.
