Hello. Does anyone know how to get ahold of a CTR Transfer Image for firmware 11.0.0-32U for a New Nintendo 3DS system?

That's the launch firmware for the New Nintendo 3DS 2016 Black Friday bundle. I just took that bad boy out of storage, and alas it's on 11.2.0-35U. It would be nice to restore it to it's launch firmware.
There is no reason for this endever

There is no reason not to update your system to 11.13, the latest version as of this post.

Yes I am aware. I was just asking as an academic exercise. And it seems the firmware is actually 11.0.0-33U not 11.0.0-32U, my mistake.

I was under the impression that 3DNUS has been dead ever since Nintendo changed their CDN security on 3DS to match the Switch's security.
3DNUS worked just fine last I checked. System updates aren't treated the same as eShop games, for example.
