Hacking custom-install issue

reference: custom-install - Install CIAs to a Nintendo 3DS SD card entirely on PC

I installed some CIA's using this using a Mac, and everything went smooth and dandy. I then went on to run custom-install-finalize.3dsx from Homebrew launcher. It gave me an error saying it couldn't find the cinish.bin file. What do I do from here?
