Data/APK glitch

Hi, so recently I've been having a problem. I deleted Minecraft but kept the data (this is on Android). Now I can't install the game. I tried everything. Plz help .

Did you use adb and "pm uninstall -k"?

Does the app still show up with "pm list packages"?
