As much as I want to disagree with a possible anti-hacker, hes right. You are just one person among thousands who potentially want to bring out the worst in this game going as far as bringing on a team of wondertombs to shiny Arceuses with judgement. Nintendo does whats best in the communities interest not to whats best for you. You are just one person.
i'm not a anti hacker, just saying things as nintendo would see them :D

Well I am for hacking but I'm able to see the argument from both sides. The way things are I want the hack checks to be in place as they should be as its best for everyone's sake. Besides I'm so fluent in pokegen that I can make whatever I want pass through blindfolded.

So.. I got a response from Datel about the removal of the Diancie, AZ Floette, and Lati@s stones codes. It looks like a form letter though.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your email regarding Power Saves.

We are constantly adding support for new and existing games.

Currently we have around 5,000 saves/codes covering 300 games across the 3
regions.

The popularity of content can vary dramatically based on many factors , so
from time to time we have to balance resources.

This can mean that some content may have to be temporarily removed to best
serve our diverse customer base, but there is no intention to remove
permanently.

Our objective is to give users maximum visibility to content and we will
continue to improve our service to offer that.

Yours sincerely,

Codejunkies

LOL which customers actually complained about having unreleased event codes available. So they are blaming us for it being removed?

Also where can I go to request game codes? I have a few in mind I like to ask for.

so, the new update bring garchomp and ability to change the language
it will be cool to be able to change the gender
but that will be very weird
especially if you already Game synced with Global link and you appeared as girl , then you change to boy , it will be a mess

if they released the garchomp from Walmart code
garchomp was released as serial code for X version
and Scizor for Y version

i hope thy release Darkrai event when it released in japan

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm

  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
  • cearp @ cearp:
It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space

Nor clothes 🤮 . Saves on time, soap, water and money having to wash them. :D
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@rqkaiju2, Physical media is a great source for archiving your data, none of that cloud storage shiz.
