I saw the other guy tools, they are good, now i'm amking a GUI for mine, then i'll release.
Oh, so what about the team? Are we all toghether or not? I started to translate the menu.

Team up with Romsstar. I'm pretty sure he doesn't mind working with you. Anyways you guys will make tons of progress if you work together, i guess.
From then, find other people that will help you guys in the translation.

Start a pm with eachover and delegate different sections of the game to eachover
eg: someone does menu. someone does in game text for 1 bit etc etc
Also update the OP if you do form a team so people can take this more seriously, I want this to work out but for people to help they need to see an established group with organisation.

I actually have a question about the translation that I thought would be wise to ask.

Are you going to be using the Japanese names for attacks and names of Digimon or are you going for the English ones (Myotismon/Vamdemon or Beelzemon/Beelzebumon).

as far as I know there is no easy/automatic way to use them,but you can use the tool to extract the text files and then rewrite them using the words of the chart...
something like this:

I was playing with the files for curiosity so I translated most of the Items using the chart this afternoon, but I'm not translating the game, I was just playing with the tool to see how it worked.
Using the tool is rather easy anyway.

just a suggestion, why dont we divide the work among members and compile it when it is finished and let the team leader proof read the whole thing...

That is a dump of all the text files I believe. I could translate a little bit, but without some sort of a repacker or a strait forward way to put the translated file in the game, I'd feel like it was a waste of time :/
