Suggestion Display XP gain (and loss) in notifications

It would be useful to know what actions we got XP for (and how much) without having to check the help page.

Concept:

(XP loss would look the same but in red.)

That's still an extra step, though. Not to mention, it's almost the same as just clicking on the XP Help, which is the thing I want to avoid.
It would be much handier if we could see them on notifications, like I suggested.

sure, it's a complement. We're going to keep working on the system to make it as close to perfect as possible
