Hacking Does anynone knows how to edit sound effects in Sonic Riders Zero Gravity Wii?

I don't have time to help but some posted something similar in the realm of "how to mod games"
depending on the Sonic Riders Zero Gravity game files. You might have to program a decrypter or some reverse engineering tool to view the files depending on the complexity.
If you have access to all the files and can view them through NotePad++ or your preferred text viewer. Then you might be able to analyze the game files to understand how to
