does anyone in Canada have a bell mobility account and would be willing to help me unlock my iphone?

Hey, I have an old Iphone 4 and have been dying to unlock it but I can't due to not having a bell account. would be great if anyone could help!
Unlocking is free now btw.

If you jailbreak it, you should be able to unlock it without carrier.

Unless his baseband is on FW 1.59.00, he will not be able to unlock it with a jailbreak. And 1.59.00 is pretty old, I think it
was preinstalled on the first batch of iPhone 4.
