Hacking Does the fw used to backup a game matter?

If i used a 4.05 FW to rip a game, will it work fine on a PS4 with the 5.05 jailbreak, or do i have to patch/fix the PKG file?

Still work fine, games are more depends on SDK, there are some 5.05 games that can run on 4.55 due to 4.50 SDK

Not at all. Backups made earlier this year on 4.05 (e.g. The Last Guardian "DUPLEX" version) work fine on 5.05.

Game updates, on the other hand, may or may not. God of War came out with 5.05 on disc but updates need 5.50+.
