Emulation [dolphin] Mii Channel boot.elf missing?

I have imported my vwii (wii u wii) nand into dolphin and all works well except that I can't open the Mii Channel. It will say that Boot.elf is missing.
How can I make it so that the Mii Channel Functions again?

I'm relatively new to Dolphin emulator but I'll try and help.
Is this a Wii u or a Wii? I only have some experience with a Wii.

What version of Dolphin are you using?

Perhaps you dumoed Wii NAND with "wuphax" installed.
You will need to restore the Mii Channel and dump vwii nand again.
