Hacking downgraded from 10.1 to 6.1 and now sx os black screen :(

i wanted to downgrade to use devmenu to remove an patch game update requirement for a game, and i felt like i had done this before

i downgraded via choidujour, then hit "Shutdown"

all my previous set up was correct, sx os, auto rcm, exfat32, etc

went from 10.1 to 6.1, not my switch wont boot

help how do i fix this, i tried using an older boot.dat and no luck

What is your Switch model ? Try to boot with Atmosphere vanilla.
You should have used Lithium or Tinfoil to remove the update.

i think so too, unsure how to get back to 10.1 when i can freaking boot to choidujournx

if you have AUTORCM enabled. Insert you jig. Hold power button for 15 second. And repress power button to get into RCM mode.. Then you proceed with launching ur SX payload..
also try holding power and volume up button.. people don't notice they are already in RCM mode because of black screen..

i was on 10.01
i ran choi to downgrade to 6.1
now sx os boots then freezes on switch logo
hekate 5.x runs but i dont know how to boot back to choi to upgrade back to 10.1

Try these
1) Use atmosphere vanilla to boot up with your current firmware.. Then once use choi to update back to 10.1..
2) Restore you last NAND backup then try using SXOS. If it still hangs try atmosphere it might boot up.
The last one takes very long time and you need to read the procedure carefully. but i would recommend this if non of the above worked for you. Before you anything don't forget to take NAND dump.

Look like he might have to rebuild his nand using the Choidujour method, he needs his biskey to rebuild his nand.

That aint going to solve your problem, flashing lower firmware is different from restoring a nand, if you try atmosphere 0.15.0 / 0.16.2 and it refuse to boot, then it does seem like you need to rebuild the NAND.

0.15.0 probably aint going to make a difference, the reason it won't boot has to do with the user partition of the nand.

can you briefly explain what rebuilding my nand will do or require? will i lose any data on the system storage?

You will lose your data as it is treated like a new nand. It is better than a non bootable unit. Should never flash lower firmware in the first place, that aint a downgrade.

i may have used exfat option on a fat 32 card, does this help?

That doesn't solve the issue, the problem is the user partition of your nand , that why it wont boot.
