Thanks, this seems to have everything I fancy - double exp, faster movement, instant text display - to allow proceeding through the game in less time.

Every time I enable a cheat (e.g. Always drops items), the cheat remains active even though I've turned it OFF after that.
So the only way to disable it is to reset the game. I'm using NTR 3.3 on Old3DS

Does this happen to anyone else?

Yes, to everyone. That's normal with this cheats. Just don't use them, done.
I like increased walking speed and instant text display, saves a lot of time proceeding through the game.

Is it possible to have a code that increase the number of an item if it's discarded/sold? I've found something like that in speedfly, but it changes the quantity to 999. That's too much for me. I just want to have a spare non-obtainable items for alchemy.

Thank you to the person who did the Dragon Quest VIII NTR cheats.

For some reason, when I enable the "Monster always drop items v1.0" cheat, it works for all the monsters I've encountered so far, except the Dead Bowdy. I don't know why the "Monster always drop items v1.0" cheat doesn't work for the Dead Bowdy, so I was wondering if anyone could help me in that front.

Now that the DLC is over, a lot of people will probably want to start a fresh game with all the DLC items in the bag. Currently, the "all items = 950" code gives all of these, but once your money maxes out there's no way to keep selling off gear you don't want in your save file. I found that you can just run out and get killed by Hackasaurus to 1/2 your money, but there should be an easy code to 0 your money.

Is it possible to make either or any of these?
1. Money = 0
2. All DLC items with quantity 1
3. All seed types with quantity 950?

make sure that it flashes green at the 3DS logo screen when you boot the game and cheat menu usually is opened by SELECT or x+y>game plugin

Edit:
The Recover HP/MP codes only work out of battle (it sets your current HP/MP to 999 and the game will correct that to your max HP/MP), but if you hold L+X while going into an encounter you will have 999 HP and/or MP for that battle.

That's my problem I don't get a green flash, but the cheat menu works fine when using it with ultra sun. I get the green flash and everything

no green flash usually means the plugin file is not in the correct title id folder (double check folder name) or ntr is not loaded (check it with x+y for ntr menu)

I've tried many title ids, but none of them seem to work

This code will overwrite the next 29 slots beginning from the worldmap. I started my code on the second item slot available in the bag. Ideal for the beginning of the game where you just have the world map. Can someone with better codding capacity make a code that does not overwrite existing items? Thank you very much.
