(DRC-Sim is the WiiU gamepad emulator thing created by @rolandoislas that is found here: )

When you are trying to host a server on a linux system, the server program asks you to put in a Wii U Interface, a Normal Interface, and a Gamepad Region (Currently either NONE or NA).
I already know that the WiiU Interface has to use a 5ghz Network Interface.
However, I'm not entirely sure what the Normal Interface does; the wiki doesn't say.
It accepts any network interface, whether it be 5ghz or 2.4ghz. I have two interfaces (one of each frequency) that both function correctly during normal computer usage.
I'm trying to set the Normal Interface to the 2.4ghz interface (instead of lo) so that I can connect my android phone as the client (which is on the same 2.4ghz network), but after the server connects to the WiiU, the IP shows up as being completely blank. It connects fine and pairs correctly, but the space where the IP is supposed to show up is simply blank. No address appears, so I do not know how to connect the client.
Is there any known reason why this could happen?
EDIT: Wow, all I had to do was connect to the 2.4ghz interface's ip address from the Android phone. I should've realized this sooner.
Still, this can serve as a lesson that if the IP doesn't appear in the server itself, it's not necessarily "not working."
