The problem is on The.Official.NintendoDS.Ruleset.2010.NDS-CONSOLE MULTIPLE
groups have stated that they didn't even sign it such as EXiMUS as found in
Sherlock_Holmes_DS_and_the_Mystery_of_Osborne_House_EUR_MULTi6_NDS-EXiMiUS nfo
This first of all questions the validity of the ruleset but the biggest 
question are the actual groups that have "signed" it

I don't even asked for a free roms... I don't even asked playing game for free... hell... I don't care why they dump this or that... I don't care if it's useful or not... but... without these guys and their dumps... even it's clean or not... I can't play great games for FREE... so everything's cool and great... superb...
