Hacking Error C1-9649-8 When trying to install Enso?

Hello, I'm currently trying to get Enso on a 3.60 Henkaku Vita.
Here's the link where I got my enso.vpk
I installed it with vitashell, and it does show up. But when I try to launch it, I kept getting an error message.
Does anyone know a solution?
