Homebrew "Error: Empty MBR entry."

This is the message I get trying to run Twilight Menu on my DSi.

Using a 128 gb microSD card, FAT32.

..... its done the microsd card isdead I got that on my 16gb card.

Have you tried looking at it in the pc through card readers, if so you cant even reformat it right?
