Error logging in on Tapatalk?

I'm getting this error on Tapatalk: "Tapatalk add-on version error". Is it a common issue with the forum, or is it just me?

Tapatalk support is currently broken on our forum software. We have disabled it while we wait for them to fix it but I wouldn't hold your breath as I think Tapatalk is deprecated now.

That's a shame, since with that app I can get notifications from the forum directly, and respond threads and PMs. On android browsers I find those tasks more cumbersome.

I guess I will check my tapatalk app from time to time.

Have you considered installing GBAtemp as an app on Android? There is an install button at the bottom of the side menu on mobile.

Is it an standalone app or just a URL shortcut - html wrapper? Because if it is any of that, there would be no notifications service, right?

It's a progressive web app (PWA) and there are native GBAtemp notifications with our own icon you can subscribe to.
